SANTA BARBARA, CA – October 3, 2007 - SelectRemedySM, a top 10 national staffing industry leader and part of The Select Family of Staffing Companies, announced the successful acquisition of Tandem Staffing Solutions, effective Monday, October 1, 2007.  The combined entity will have annual sales of nearly $1.5 billion, and serve more than 10,000 customers in 35 states from over 300 offices.

Founded in 1974, Tandem Staffing Solutions specializes in temporary staffing and direct placement for light industrial, logistics, and manufacturing positions.  Based in Boca Raton, Florida, the firm operates 44 branches and 40 on-site locations in 10 states, including flagship branches in Atlanta, Georgia, and Chicago, Illinois.  Tandem’s new brand name will be SelectRemedySM.  Tandem offices in Chicago will operate under the SelectRemedy™ brand.
