Regional Managers
Regional/Area managers are strong economic operators with business and financial acumen who take personal responsibility for planning and strategizing the operational and financial success of their branches. Branch Managers
Branch managers are enthusiastic, articulate professionals with excellent leadership and people skills. They are expected to utilize effective leadership tools to plan, organize, staff, control, and direct all operations of the SelectRemedy branch. They must establish goals and objectives for the branch and its employees and devise a winning strategy to make it happen.
On-Site Managers
Like branch managers, on-site managers are enthusiastic, articulate professionals with excellent leadership and people skills. They are expected to utilize effective leadership tools to plan, organize, staff, control, and direct all operations of the SelectRemedy on-site office. They must establish goals and objectives for the on-site office and its employees and devise a winning strategy to make it happen.
Account Representatives
Account representatives are motivated, high-energy team players with the skills to develop a booming staffing business. They generate prospective clients, qualify leads, and follow up on telemarketing calls. They cultivate solid customer relationships with the goal of increasing the gross margin of both their client portfolio as well as that of their branch.
Recruiters
Personnel Supervisors are confident professionals with an interest in recruiting, interviewing, and servicing clients. They interview, screen, evaluate, hire, and train employees. They select the "right" candidate for a particular employer's consideration and appraise an employee’s productivity and efficiency. They are responsible for employee relations, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients. Personnel Supervisors meet with customers to define their staffing needs and make sure all their needs are met. This position is an excellent entry point to SelectRemedy’s management career path.
Regional Safety Managers
Regional Safety Managers are responsible for their region's safety training, accident investigations, regulatory compliance, and posting compliance, as well as work-site audits/inspections. They must possess a Risk Management/Worker’s Compensation background and be detail-oriented, confident leaders capable of taking on the challenge of making sure our Associates are in a safe, hazard-free work environment.
Claims Analysts
Claims Analysts, part of our Risk Management team, enter information on Associate injury claims. They are required to interact with lawyers, doctors, insurance companies, branches, and government agencies. They will also be responsible for attending Workers Compensation hearings and depositions, as appropriate.
